Dividend income may 2020

Time to post my May 2021 dividend income! After a long months of absence I finally find time to post my monthly dividends. In may 2020, my annual dividend was $718. Currently my annual dividends are estimated at $1'014 , an increase of $ 296 (+ 41%). But without further ado, for May 2021, I received $107.38 in dividends, this is the first time I exceed $100 in a month. A first small step towards financial freedom.

In May 2021, I received dividend payments from the following companies :



T - AT&T inc :  $44.20

O - Realty Income Corp : $19.97

STAG - Stag Industrial Inc : $10.27

MAIN - Main Street Capital Corp. : $8.71

PKO - PIMCO Income Opportunity Fund  : $24.23


May dividend income add up to $107.38, which represents an increase of 33.55%% from last year, where I made $80.40.

Hey mate! Cool to see you are still alive ;) I hope you are well - and congrats on conquering the 100$/month! I just managed to do this in June myself :D
Do you have plans for your AT&T position? will you keep it in hope of a dividend raise in the future or sell it and either "rebalance" your other positions or find and alternative?

And on a more selfish topic - i guess you get asked that a lot, but will there be an updated version of the eToro Dividend tracker?

Hello Denis, Thank you for your comment, I will keep my AT&T position for now, my goal being to build a dividend portfolio. I hope I have time to update it, but currently I am overwhelmed with my work. But I do not forget it :) Have a great day
